NRG News: NRG takes over TNO/CSD

In the Netherlands, NRG has taken over the centre for radiological protection and dosimetry (CSD) from the national institute for applied research (TNO). The contract was signed on March 17, 2000.

The move strengthens the company's position in the fields of radiation and environmental protection and health care. NRG has more than 30 000 subscribers in the field of dosimetry services; nearly the whole Dutch market. CSD specialises in dosimetry measurement and analysis for all workers in radiation-related fields, as well as management and registration of a related nation-wide database.
