List of main facilities

Nuclear facilities

NRG operates the 45 MW High Flux Reactor (HFR), the 30 kW Low Flux Reactor (LFR), the Hot Cell Lab (HCL), the decontamination and waste management facilities (DWT), a production facility for (medical) isotopes, an Actinide Lab and a clinical BNCT facility. These facilities are operated and maintained by staff of our product group Irradiation Services (NRG-IS).

Laboratories for analyses, calibration services and person dosimetry

NRG has many analytical facilities for radiological analyses and calibration services. In addition NRG is the main institute in the Netherlands regarding person dosimetry. These services are provided by our group NRG-RE.

Conference and training facilities

NRG had excellent conference and training facilities. In addition videoconferencing facilities and a modern (computer)network are available.
