7th IMF Workshop - Main page

25-26 October 2001 in Petten, the Netherlands

Notification: The original date for the 7th IMF workshop, as communicated during the 6th IMF workshop in Strasbourg, was 22/23 October 2001. However, in order to avoid conflicts for visitors of the ARWIF (www.nea.fr/html/science/meetings/arwif2001/) meeting, which is held 22/24 October 2001 in Chester (UK), it was decided to move the 7th IMF workshop to 25/26 October 2001

Introduction
This year the 7th Inert Matrix Fuel workshop will be held at NRG Petten. The workshop will address both neutron physics and material science aspects of inert matrix fuels. Recent experimental results of laboratory studies and in-pile irradiations will be presented at this workshop.
 
Participants are asked to send an abstract of their presentation in 100 words maximally and send this (see Registration) before July 30, 2001. The overhead sheets of the presentations will be summarised in a NRG report which will be distributed among the participants of the workshop afterwards.

Transport from Hotel Marijke to NRG and vice versa will be provided.
